Question: Assessment for determining fit for working remotely

Dear WAHRA members: Would you have any interest in assessments for existing or prospective employees to determine their fit for working remotely? Obviously, right now we may not have a choice as to who is working remotely. But post-COVID, many employees and employers may want to continue remote work options – at least for some employees. How will you determine who can and can’t? Who will be productive and who won’t? Would it be helpful to have a quantifiable way to determine this? OSU-Wooster’s Business Training & Educational Services department is part of a multi-university assessment center, so we can administer thousands of assessments. The head of this assessment center has asked us to see if there is interest in this type of assessment.
